Karara Mining Limited proposes to develop a 79 km rail spur from the Karara mine site to the location known as Tilley (76 km west of the mine site). The rail spur is critical infrastructure for the Karara mining project.
In accordance with the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, Karara Mining Limited has prepared Preliminary Documentation that describes Karara Mining Limited’s rail spur project and its likely effects on matters of National Environmental Significance.
