Mr Jones has more than 35 years experience in the mining, banking and finance industries and has been a director of a number of private and publicly listed companies. He was instrumental in overseeing the growth of Portman Mining Limited over the course of a decade, taking it from a start-up iron ore producer in the early 1990’s to a 6 million tonnes per annum producer of direct shipping hematite ore with a market capitalisation of over $600 million in 2005. Mr Jones has a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University of Western Australia.
Garret Dixon, BEng, MBA, MAICD

As Chief Executive Officer of Gindalbie Metals, Garret Dixon heads up a strong management team focused on the development of the Karara Iron Ore Project in Western Australia as a substantial new iron ore business. Before joining Gindalbie, Mr Dixon was Managing Director of logistics group, Mitchell Corp Australia Pty Ltd. Mr Dixon is a civil engineer with more than 26 years experience in mining, resources and infrastructure development in Australia and overseas. He began his career with the Federal Government Construction Group in South Australia and the Northern Territory before commencing an 18-year career with the Henry Walker Eltin (HWE) Group in 1988. During his period with HWE, Mr Dixon held several senior project development and management roles in the Pilbara iron ore industry, Indonesia and finally, as Executive General Manager for HWE Mining, where he was responsible for all HWE mining operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Murcia holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Western Australia and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1987. He is currently Senior Partner of Murcia Pestell Hillard, a leading Perth firm which practices in a range of commercial matters including advising companies on corporate compliance, resources law and aspects of project and company acquisitions. Mr Murcia is the Honorary Consul for the United Republic of Tanzania in Western Australia and a director of Aminex plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Tunku Ya'acob Bin Tunku Abdullah graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Economics and Accounting from City University , London . An accountant by training, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is the Group Managing Director of the Melewar Industrial Group Berhad, one of the largest steel tube producers in Malaysia and major shareholder in Gindalbie. Tunku Ya'acob Bin Tunku Abdullah is also the Group Managing Director of MAA Holdings Berhad, Malaysia's largest local insurance group with total assets under management of RM5.6 billion (A$2.07 billion). He also sits on the executive board of several trade associations in Malaysia , specifically, the National Insurance Association of Malaysia, the Federation of Public Listed Companies, the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) and the Federation of Malaysian Unit.

Michael O’Neill joined the ANZ Bank in Rangiora, New Zealand in 1963. In 1979 He was appointed Manager Corporate Accounts, followed by a period in Strategic Planning NZ, where he was appointed Senior Manager in 1983. In 1984 he was transferred to Australia as Senior Manager, Liquidity Control. Other positions in Australia were as Senior Manager, Treasury and Chief Manager, Australian Treasury. He was appointed General Manager Retail Banking, New Zealand in 1989, where he oversaw the integration of PostBank into the ANZ Group before returning to Australia in 1993 and undertook a series of project management roles. Subsequent appointments included, Chief Manager, Melbourne Central Zone and, in January 1996, General Manager, Western Australia. Since his retirement from the ANZ Bank in November 2002, Mr O’Neill has established and operated a boutique investment bank, Cornhill Group Pty Ltd. He is also an independent Director of IWD Group Pty Ltd and is on the Board of Western Australian Institute of Sport.
Wang Heng, MEng

Mr Wang has more than 20 years experience in the steel-making industry in China and first joined the Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation ("AnSteel") in 1998. He was appointed the general manager of AnSteel Group International Trade Co. in 2005. Mr Wang has extensive experience in international trade and logistics and was responsible for planning and managing Ansteel's overseas business development and logistics strategies, including establishing its alliance with COSCO China. Mr Wang is also representing AnSteel in the long term contract negotiations with CVRD, Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton. Mr Wang is a Metallurgical Engineer and holds a master degree in metallurgy.
Geoff Wedlock,

Mr Wedlock has more than 40 years experience in the resource industry. He brings a depth of expertise in the international mining and resources industry, including experience in the development of bulk commodity projects, particularly in the iron ore industry. He also has significant commercial experience in dealings with financiers, international partners and customers, external parties and governments. Mr Wedlock was previously the Managing Director of Grange Resources Limited, where he worked for over two years to progress the development of the Southdown Magnetite/Kemaman Pellet Project from inception to the completion of Feasibility Studies. Prior to joining Grange Resources, Mr Wedlock held the position of Managing Director on a number of publicly-listed resource company boards including successful iron ore producer Portman Limited. Before this, he spent over 30 years in a variety of roles with BHP, including Executive Vice President and CEO of BHP Iron Ore Pty Ltd where he was directly involved in the development of four mines, upgrades of two Ports and two railways, major infrastructure programs and the development of iron ore processing plants.
